Items purchased prior to a sale or as part of a clearance are not eligible for returns.

Shipping Protection

If Route Shipping Protection is offered and selected at checkout, packages are protected against loss, theft, or damage during shipment. Claims for covered packages should be submitted through Route.

If Route Shipping Protection is declined, Sunday & Silk is not responsible for refunding, replacing, or resolving issues involving lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has entered the shipping process.
